DELIVERY AND SHIPPING ORDERS All orders are packed and dispatch from Monday to Friday 10 AM to 6PM (GMT+8), excluding Saturday & Sunday and Public Holidays. Remarks: ISSI Boutique will NOT take any responsibility for delivery delays.
DELIVERY AREA We offer SF point and EF Lockers shipping to all the areas of HKSAR and Macau for both residential and business addresses only, but do NOT include hotels or PO Box addresses. For other locations, SF Express will be responsible for the goods delivery.
ORDER TRACKING After your order has been dispatched, you will receive ' Delivery Notification' by email which contains all orders, shipping information and tracking number.
DELIVERY FEE & TIME For the purchase made in Hong Kong SAR/Macau, delivery fee is FREE. For overseas purchase, a corresponding delivery fee as per delivery region as stated below will apply:

DELIVERIES IN MAINLAND We do not ship to China, please stay tuned for further updates. TAXES / DUTIES HK & Macau: No custom duties and taxes. Other countries/regions: Parcels are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Customers may be charged for duties and taxes by local customs. Any duties and taxes on a parcel must be paid by the customer. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. For further information, please contact your local customs office duties and taxes before you order.
UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or refused by recipient. When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee.
Please ensure buyer or recipient authorized to sign the delivery. ISSI BOUTIQUE will not be responsible to any lost due to package received by other recipient. STORE PICK-UP for HK Customers Only

PREPARATION The goods needed to be collected within 7 days of receiving email notification. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled. Please place your order again if the said goods is desired. Please present email and the mobile number which was used to place the order for verification.
Remarks: 1. Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any discrepancies, quantities, and/or physical damage.
2. As the display capabilities and graphic properties of computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices may vary. We cannot guarantee that the color displayed of the product photo on your device may not be completely the same as the actual product color.
