RETURN & REFUND POLICY



EXCHANGE ITEMS

Exchange option is not available. You may like to request as a return request for the original item within the return period, for a full refund. A new order may be made again.


RETURN POLICY;

    ●  Return requests have to be submitted within 7 business days from the date of receipt.

    ●  Item must be in its original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty card(s), manual(s), and all accessories. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

    ●  Any item that you received with tag(s) attached must be returned with the same tag(s) intact.

    ●  This Returns Policy does not apply to items that picked up from our stores, customers must check the goods before they leave the stores.

    ●  Item purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack has to be returned as a whole set.

    ●  We do not accept returns for intimates, earrings and undergarments due to hygiene reasons.

    ●  All returned item will be reviewed by ISSI BOUTIQUE. Item should also match the written or photographic documentation of the item's condition provided when requesting the return. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and where applicable, customer may be charged with a fee.

    ●  Our flexible returns policy makes your online shopping experience even easier. We practice close monitoring of the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.

    ●  ISSI BOUTIQUE reserves the right to offer credits or a refund based on our sole discretion.

    ●  This Returns Policy does not apply to items that have been stated as non-exchangeable and non-refundable on ISSIFASHION.COM.


Return Goods By Air:

  1. Please fill in the return form attached in the parcel. If the forms are incomplete, the package will not pass thru Customs and may return to you.
  2. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and original boxes included, otherwise we will not accept your return and will not issue a refund.
  3. Send back the goods with full package, invoice, and attaching completed ‘Return 'Goods Form‘ to us within 14 days of goods receiving date with the same logistic carrier.
  4. Return address will be shown on ‘Return Goods Form’ at the right top.


Return Goods Self Drop-Off (HK Residents Only:

Customer can choose to return goods to our designated retail shops addressed provided below.

  1. Please fill in the return form attached in the parcel. 
  2. Bring the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and original boxes included, otherwise we will not accept your return and will not issue a refund.

    ●  All returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.

    ●  Once your package reaches the warehouse,please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.

    ●  When your return has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email stating the refund details. Please take note that original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

    ●  Make sure that all of the items you wish to return from your order arrive back with us together in one shipment, so that we can process and confirm your request for refund as quickly as possible.

    ●  All returns will be reviewed by ISSI BOUTIQUE and we reserve all rights to approve/deny any return value.


REFUND

Refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on the policy of your bank or credit card issuer.


The refund timeline for the specific payment methods are as follows:

    ●  Credit card: 5 business days

    ●  PayPal: 2 to 3 business days

    ●  Global Bill: 14 to 21 business days

    ●  For all items eligible for returns, you will not be liable for payment of any shipping charges or taxes.

    ●  For all items eligible for returns, original delivery fee, taxes and duties will not be refunded.

    ●  All returns will be reviewed by ISSI BOUTIQUE and we reserve all rights to approve/deny any return value.
